This is a great snack for all age groups in the family!
Serves: 1-2
Total Time: 15 min.
Ingredients:
1 apple, cored and thinly sliced
Almond butter
Pecans, chopped
Almonds, sliced
Roasted coconut shreds (unsweetened)
Dried cranberries
Directions:
Spread the almond butter over one side of each apple slice. Top each apple slice with your choice and amount of toppings. Eat as a snack or quick breakfast.
