Blackberry Thyme Preserves

Yields: 28 oz.

Ingredients:
3 cups blackberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup honey
1 teaspoon fresh thyme
1 package powdered pectin

Directions:
Add ingredients to blender and secure lid. Select "Batters" or blend on Medium-Low (speed 3-4) for 30 seconds.

Good for up to 3 weeks when stored in the fridge.
