Ingredients:
2 teaspoons minced chipotle chilies in abodo sauce
2 Tablespoons abodo sauce
1/2 cup olive oil
Just and zest of 3 limes
2 drops Lime essential oil
4 garlic cloves, pressed or minced
1/4 cup raw honey
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Whisk ingredients together and divide marinade in half. Use one half to marinade meat or vegetables and the other half to baste food during grilling.
