Frozen Yogurt Bark

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
2 Tablespoons honey
1 drop Lemon essential oil
1 Tablespoon cranberries
1 Tablespoon raisins
5 fresh strawberries, chopped
1 Tablespoon dark chocolate chips
1 teaspoon unsweetened coconut

Directions: 
Mix yogurt, honey, and essential oil until well combined. Add cranberries and raisins and stir. Line baking tray with foil and pour yogurt mixture on top. Spread to desired thickness. Top with strawberries, chocolate chips, and coconut. Freeze until solid. Remove from freezer and use a sharp knife to break the bark into pieces. Store in freezer in Ziploc bags.
