Papaya Corn Chowder

Ingredients:
1 papaya
1 cup fresh mango
10 stalks of celery
1 ear of corn
Quarter size medallion of fresh ginger
1/3 cup fresh scallion
3-4 ripe tomatoes
2-3 drops Cilantro essential oil

Directions:
Blend everything except the corn on high until smooth (30 sec - 1 min). Cut the corn off the cob and place in bowl. Pour in blended soup and serve chilled.
