Peanut Butter Power Bars

Ingredients:
1/2 cup medjool dates, chopped and pitted
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup cooked quinoa
2 Tablespoons chia seeds
2 Tablespoons sunflower seeds
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup agave
2 drops Wild Orange essential oil
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
2 Tablespoons melted dark chocolate for drizzle

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Add dates and almonds to a food processor. Blend until well chopped. Add seeds, protein powder, and quinoa to food processor. Blend until meal forms. In a separate bowl, combine peanut butter, coconut milk, essential oil, and agave. Add in meal and mix until dough forms. Transfer to 7x11 parchment lined pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. Drizzle melted chocolate over cooked bars. Cool and cut into bars.
