Black Beans

Ingredients:
1/2 Tablespoon olive oil
1/3 cup diced onion
1-2 garlic cloves, finely minced
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1/3 cup chicken broth
1/8 teaspoon cumin
1/8 teaspoon coriander
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2-3 drops Lime essential oil
2-3 drops Cilantro essential oil

Directions:
In a saucepan, heat olive oil on medium-high heat. Saute onions until they begin to become translucent. Add garlic and saute about 30 seconds more. Add beans, broth, and remaining seasonings and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a low simmer for about 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and add essential oils.
