Wild Blueberry & Almond Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients:
1/2 cup dry rolled oats
4 egg whites
2 Tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 Tablespoon sliced almonds
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of stevia or sweetener of choice
1/2 cup frozen blueberries

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Combine all ingredients except blueberries. Pour into a larger cereal-sized glass oven-safe dish coated with coconut oil. Add blueberries on top. If desired, add 1 extra Tablespoon of sliced almonds on top. Set dish on flat sheet pan and bake for 25 minutes.
