Wild Orange Vinaigrette

Ingredients:
1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1-2 drops Wild Orange essential oil
2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 cup brown sugar
Sea salt and black pepper to taste

Directions:
Combine ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. This dressing is good on all salads. A good combination is: Romaine lettuce, sliced apples, dried cranberries, and toasted sliced almonds. Stored in a glass jar, it will keep in the fridge for several months.
