Peanut Butter Protein Bars

Ingredients:
1/4 cup natural peanut butter
1/4 cup raw honey
1 cup Vanilla Meal Replacement Shake
1/2 cup dates, pitted
2 Tablespoons water
1/4 cup salted peanuts, chopped
1/2 cup extra dark chocolate chips
1 teaspoon coconut oil

Directions:
Boil water and poor over dates. Allow to sit and soften. In a bowl, mix together peanut butter, honey, and Meal Replacement Shake and press into the bottom of an 8x8 square pan or glass dish. Blend together softened dates and 2 Tablespoons of the date water until smooth. Spread mixture over layer in pan. Sprinkle with peanuts. Melt chocolate and coconut oil in a small pot and drizzle chocolate over peanuts and spread to cover edges of the pan. Chill in fridge until chocolate is set. Cut into bars and store in fridge.
