Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup water or milk of choice
1-2 drops Wild Orange essential oil
Sweetener of choice to taste
Directions:
Combine all ingredients (add water or milk gradually until you've reached a desired consistency - it will thicken overnight). Divide mixture into two small bowls, add cocoa to one. Cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, spoon mix into one bowl to create a multi-toned breakfast.
