1/2 a cucumber, chunked
2 large avocados, chunked
1/4 of a fresh pineapple, chunked
1 Tablespoon Kosher salt
1/4 cup red onion, diced
2 drops Cilantro essential oil
Juice from 1 lime
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and serve with tortilla chips.
The Kicker Salsa:
Same as above except omit the pineapple and add juice from 1 more lime.
