Blueberry-Orange Parfait

Ingredients:
1 1/2 teaspoons turbinado sugar
2 drops Wild Orange essential oil
2 (7 oz.) containers reduced-fat plain Greek yogurt
2 cups fresh blueberries
2 cups orange sections
1/4 cup wheat germ

Directions:
Combine sugar, essential oil, and yogurt into a small bowl, stirring until blended. Fill 4 glasses with 1/4 cup blueberries, 2 1/2 Tablespoons yogurt mixture, and 1/4 cup orange each. Repeat layers with remaining blueberries, yogurt mixture, and orange. Sprinkle 1 Tablespoon wheat germ over each serving. Serve immediately.
