Brain Booster Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 small frozen banana
1/2 cup cucumber
1 Tablespoon Chia seeds
1 cup water or milk of choice
1-2 scoops Vanilla Meal Replacement Shake and/or Fruit & Vegetable Supplement Powder

Directions:
Blend until smooth.
