Breakfast Quinoa with Fruit

This delicious recipe will give you the nutrients you need while having that sweetened flavor you crave. This is good to save the next morning with leftovers!

Ingredients:
1 cup quinoa
Milk
Nutmeg and/or cinnamon
Fresh fruit or chopped toasted nuts (optional)

Directions:
Cook quinoa according to package instructions (substitute milk for water). Sprinkle in nutmeg and/or cinnamon. Top with fresh fruit or nuts, if desired.
