Ingredients:
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
1 Tablespoon raw honey
2 Tablespoons chia seeds
Raspberry Sauce:
1 cup raspberries
2 teaspoons honey
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine coconut milk, Greek yogurt, honey, and chia seeds. Refrigerate overnight. Place raspberries and honey in a bowl. Mix until raspberries are crushed. Divide chia pudding into 2 cups. Top with raspberry sauce.
