Chia Pudding

A simple morning snack or morning meal that just needs to be prepped the night before!

Serves: 1-2

Total Time: 4 hours 5 minutes

Ingredients:
1 cup milk
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 Tablespoon honey
1/4 cup chia seeds
A pinch of salt
Garnish with granola, fruit, and a drizzle of honey

Directions:
In a small mixing bowl or jar, add all ingredients except garnish. Mix well. Cover pudding and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight. Garnish as desired with granola, fruit, and/or honey.
