Chicken Chili

Ingredients:
1 lb. chicken
4 cups chicken broth
1 clove garlic, minced
1 medium onion, diced
2 cans white beans, with liquids from beans
1 can diced green chilis, with liquid from chilis
1 teaspoon dried oregano or 1-2 drops Oregano essential oil
1-2 drops Cumin essential oil
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream or milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions:
Fill pot with chicken broth and chicken. Cook for about 15 minutes, then shred chicken. Saute garlic and onion, then add to chicken and broth. Add remaining ingredients. Stir until well-combined. Taste for flavor and adjust to your preference. Simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and serve.

Optional Add ins: Fresh Lime, Fresh Cilantro, Avocado, Mozzarella, Green Onion
