1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/4 cup agave (or 1/4 cup water and 2-3 stevia packs)
2 Tablespoons virgin coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 drops Lime essential oil
1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Combine ingredients in food processor. Spread mixture into a 7x5 pan and freeze for 20 minutes before serving. Can be stored in the fridge or freezer for a few weeks. This recipe makes thin bars. If you want thicker bars, double the recipe and spread in 7x5 pan.
