Cookie Butter

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups cookies, halved (Biscoff, ginger snap, graham crackers, etc.)
1 1/2 Tablespoons coconut oil
2 Tablespoons cashews, roasted
2 Tablespoons brown sugar

Directions:
Add all ingredients to blender in order listed and secure lid. Blend on a Medium-High speed. Blend for 35 seconds for a chunky texture or for 50 seconds for a smooth, spreadable texture.
