1/4 cup coconut milk
2 1/2 Tablespoons granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
8 oz. frozen strawberries, approximately 1 1/2 rounded cups
Directions:
Add ingredients to blender in order listed and secure lid. Blend on Medium-High speed for 40-50 seconds or until smooth.
