Dill Tuna Crackers

Ingredients:
1 (6 oz.) can of tuna, drained
Dill essential oil
2 Tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 Tablespoon green onion, thinly sliced
2 Tablespoons fat free mayonnaise
Lemon essential oil (or 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon)
1/2 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard, prepared (optional)
Salt and Pepper
Crackers
Green olives (optional)
Bell peppers (optional)

Directions:
In a small bowl, mix tuna with parsley, green onions, mayonnaise, and mustard. Add a few drops of Dill and Lemon essential oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Place on crackers of choice and garnish with green olives or bell peppers and parsley.
