Easy Crock Pot Mac & Cheese

Serves approximately 6-8.

Ingredients:
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 1/2 cups milk
12 oz. evaporated milk
8 oz. cream cheese
16 oz. elbow macaroni
Ham, bacon, etc. (optional)

Directions:
Put all ingredients into the crock pot except the macaroni noodles. Leave on low for an hour. After an hour, stir the sauce in the crock pot. Make macaroni per package instructions, then drain. Add cooked macaroni to sauce. Add any extras you would like (ham, bacon, etc.). Cook on low another 45 minutes.

Alternative Directions:
If you like it less cheesy, cut the evaporated milk in half and only use 4 oz. cream cheese. Also use 3 1/4 cups milk and no cook macaroni to eliminate having to boil the noodles separately (soaking them in hot water for 20 minutes beforehand). Add all the ingredients including the noodles from the start and let it cook in the crock pot for 2 hours, stirring often.
