Eggnog French Toast

Ingredients:
6 eggs
8 fluid oz. eggnog
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 loaf Texas toast

Directions:
Add eggs, eggnog, and nutmeg to blender and secure lid. Press "Pulse" 5-7 times. Pour egg mixture into pie plate. Grease griddle or other pan. Dip one slice of Texas toast into egg mixture, then flip slice to coat other side. Place slice on griddle over medium to medium-high heat, and cook approximately 3 minutes or until underside is golden brown. Flip and cook approximately 1 minute. Repeat with remaining bread slices. Keep warm in oven at 200 degrees Fahrenheit, loosely wrapped in foil, or serve immediately.
