Green Berry Protein Shake

Ingredients:
8 oz. almond milk (or milk of your choice)
3 scoops protein shake mix
1-2 cups fresh or frozen berries
2 scoops powdered greens mix or 1 large handful of fresh washed spinach
2 drops Ginger essential oil
2 drops Grapefruit essential oil

Directions:
Pour ingredients in blender, blend until smooth, and serve.
