Green Smoothie

Makes 3 (8 oz.) smoothies

Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 frozen bananas, sliced
1 cup fresh spinach
2 Natural Delights Medjool dates, pitted and chopped
1/4 cup cashews

Directions:
Blend all ingredients together and put into cups. Serve immediately.

Note:
Be sure to chop the dates into small enough pieces that your blender purees them.
