Guilt Free Apple Pie Flavored with Essential Oils

Ingredients:
10 cups apple pieces, sliced and peeled
1/2 cup water
2/3 cup honey or agave
2/3 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 drop Cinnamon essential oil
1 toothpick Ginger essential oil
1 toothpick Clove essential oil
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 drop Lemon essential oil
Prepared double crust (Gluten free or whole wheat pie crusts are available at most health food stores)

Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a pan and place on stove. Cook until apples are soft and then cool before placing in pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
