Healthy Start Smoothie

Ingredients:
6 oz. water
1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1 Tablespoon chia seeds
1 Tablespoon agave nectar or your choice of sweetener (optional)
1 banana
1 1/2 cups kale (optional)
1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
3/4 cup frozen mango chunks
1 cup ice cubes

Directions:
Add ingredients to blender in order listed and secure lid. Select "Smoothie" cycle or blend on a Medium-Low speed for 10 seconds, then Medium-High speed for 30 seconds.
