Homemade Hummus

Great to eat with veggies! Try spicing it up with some basil and sun-dried tomatoes for more flavor.

Serves: 4-6

Total Time: 10 min.

Ingredients:
1 can chickpeas
1/2 cup fresh basil
3 Tablespoons sun dried tomatoes packed in oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt or to taste
1/4 to 1/3 cup water

Directions:
Put all but the water in a food processor or blender. As you blend these ingredients, gradually add in the water until the hummus becomes smooth and creamy. Serve immediately or refrigerate until you are ready to use.
