Directions:
Dough:
In a bowl, combine dry ingredients (flour, yeast, salt, and thyme). Gradually add water as you stir the mixture simultaneously. You can use your hands. Make a dough ball. Set aside.

Tomato Sauce:
Add onion and garlic to a pan with coconut oil. Saute until the onion begins to turn color slightly. Add tomatoes and stir. Bring to a boil. Let cook for 10 minutes. Add salt, pepper, and nutmeg and cook for 5 minutes. Remove pan from heat, add basil, and blend the sauce with a food processor. Place the sauce in a clean bowl and let it cool.

Putting it together:
Place the dough on a floured counter. Flatten the dough and use a rolling pin to make it the size of your baking sheet. Place the dough on the baking sheet and bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit until it is gold and brown. Remove the pizza and make a fine layer of tomato sauce. Add whatever toppings you like. Bake for 10 more minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
