Honey-Lime Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients:
6 Tablespoons honey
4 1/2 Tablespoons lime juice
1 Tablespoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 lb. chicken, cooked and shredded
Flour tortillas
Colby or monterey jack cheese, shredded
10 oz. can green enchilada sauce

Directions:
Mix honey, lime juice, chili powder, and garlic together and toss with shredded chicken. Let marinate for at least a half hour. Pour some green enchilada sauce on the bottom of a 10x10 casserole dish or 9x13 pan. Fill flour tortillas with chicken and shredded cheese. Place in cooking dish seam side down. Pour the rest of the can of green enchilada sauce over enchiladas, then sprinkle with more cheese. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes. For last 2 minutes, put under broiler to make the cheese brown and crispy on top.

Note:
When using a 9x13 pan, use 1 1/2 10 oz. cans of green enchilada sauce.
