1 Tablespoon sesame oil
4 oz. chicken
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 cups chopped asparagus
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 orange, juice and zest
Directions:
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Slice chicken into 1/2-inch strips. Saute chicken, garlic, and red pepper flakes for 7 minutes. Add asparagus and cook until asparagus is cooked to liking. In a small bowl, whisk soy sauce, honey, sesame seeds, orange juice, and orange zest. Add to skillet and cook for 1 minute. Serve over brown rice.
