Pasta Primavera

This will definitely become a weeknight favorite with just a handful of ingredients that comes together in a flash!

Serves: 6

Total Time: 10 min.

Ingredients: 
1 package whole grain pasta
8 oz. fresh mozzarella, diced
2-3 tomatoes, diced
Olive oil
Dried basil

Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. When pasta is done, drain it and coat with olive oil. Mix in tomatoes and mozzarella. Season with dried basil and added olive oil (as needed). Serve immediately or chilled!
