Skinny Dill Veggie Dip

Ingredients:
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon parsley
Salt to taste
3 drops Dill essential oil

Directions:
Mix together and eat with veggies, chips, or pita bread. Very high in protein, low in fat, and possesses the beneficial properties of dill.
