Tuna Salad with Avocado

Light and simple, this lunch can be eaten as a sandwich, with whole wheat crackers, or in the avocado half!

Ingredients:
1 avocado
Juice from 1 lemon
1 Tablespoon red onion, finely chopped
1 Tablespoon celery, finely chopped
1 tin tuna
Sea salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Dried dill to taste

Directions:
Cut avocado in half, scoop out the middle and place in a bowl. Add onion, celery, lemon juice, and seasonings and mix well. Add in the tuna and mix again. Serve as a sandwich, with whole wheat crackers, or in the avocado half.
