Turkey and Tomato Panini

Ingredients:
1/2 Tablespoon mayonnaise
1/2 Tablespoon fat-free Greek yogurt
1-2 drops Lemon essential oil
1 Tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
1/2 Tablespoon Parmesan cheese, grated
Salt
Pepper
2 oz. oven-roasted deli turkey
1 Roma tomato
2 slices wholegrain bread

Directions:
In a small bowl, mix mayo, yogurt, essential oil, basil, cheese, salt, and pepper. Spread mixture on each slice of bread. Place turkey and tomato between each slice of bread. Press in a Panini press for 3 minutes, or until golden brown.
