Super easy recipe that will get you off in the morning quickly and with a burst of protein!
Ingredients:
2 eggs
Handful of veggies (tomatoes, spinach, etc.)
Touch of mozzarella cheese (optional)
Directions:
Beat eggs in a microwave-safe bowl. Add veggies of choice. Sprinkle some cheese on top. Microwave for 30 seconds. Stir. Microwave for another 30 seconds or until eggs are set.
